The leasing office and maintenance are always on top of everything. Celeste is the best and has been sooo helpful since day 1 while touring and throughout the move out process. I highly recommend!!

Celeste and Nona (I am not sure how to spell their names) are the two sweetest workers ever ! They truly know how to make someone laugh and I would highly recommend these two ladies to anyone !!

We recently toured Nollie Apartments with Celeste. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Celeste was more than happy to let us look at numerous units throughout the complex and NEVER made us feel rushed or that we were taking up her time. She even took us back out on a second tour to see several more units because we had changed our mind on different floorplans. We were impressed by how clean and quiet this complex is and with all the great amenities. Celeste made the application process effortlessly and during the process she was available to answer ALL our questions. Nollie Apartments is fortunate to have such an amazing employee. Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month. Thank you Celeste for everything!

My time here has genuinely been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had, and that is entirely due to the incredible management team, particularly Celeste Nunez. Their professionalism, cooperation, and positive attitude make a huge difference. They recently handled a complex lease transfer and unexpected moving logistics (like a delayed U-Pack pickup) with exceptional patience and flexibility, ensuring that all parties, including the incoming resident, were taken care of. That level of awesome, proactive support is rare. If you are looking for an apartment where the management team is truly attentive and works hard to create a great community, this is the place. I've been living at Nollie for the past ~8 months and my experience has been genuinely great. What truly makes this community exceptional is the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment I moved in, the whole team—from the leasing office to maintenance—has been responsive, professional, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly and ensure residents feel valued. Seriously, a huge shout-out to people like Celeste at the front desk—she's exceptional, always glad to help, and receives every resident with a smile. The amenities here are a major selling point and are truly top-tier. I especially appreciate having access to the pool area for relaxing on weekends and the spacious resident lounge, which is perfect for working, studying, or hosting friends. Plus, since it's a pet-friendly complex, the BBQ area and patio are also great spots where my dog and I can enjoy hanging out together. Honestly, Nollie isn't just an apartment—it's a great living experience. E
