Nollie Apartments has been by far the best places I have had the privilege to live in. I sadly had to move closer to my work, but I highly recommend anyone to live there. Nollie Apartments has awesome events to attend that bring you together. Their communication is always prompt, the staff is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can. It is a prime location as well right next to the 101 highway, where you can easily access the 60 or 202 highway. If you are looking for a place to stay. Nollie Apartments is a great place to live.

I am currently living at Nollie apartments and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It absolutely deserves a 5 star rating. The community is fantastic and perfectly located right in the heart of Tempe. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and extremely well maintained. I really want to highlight how incredibly responsive and caring the management team is. Celeste Nunez the front office agent is the absolute best. She has patiently answered all my queries and responded to every single email in a very timely manner. It is so refreshing to have such great customer service. We had a few minor service requests during our time here and they were resolved almost immediately without any delay. The maintenance team usually fixes everything within 24 to 48 hours. They also conduct a lot of fun resident events which makes it easy to meet neighbors and really feel at home. The EV chargers are really good and very reliable. I have never faced any issue finding an open EV charging spot when I need one.

We recently toured Nollie Apartments with Celeste. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Celeste was more than happy to let us look at numerous units throughout the complex and NEVER made us feel rushed or that we were taking up her time. She even took us back out on a second tour to see several more units because we had changed our mind on different floorplans. We were impressed by how clean and quiet this complex is and with all the great amenities. Celeste made the application process effortlessly and during the process she was available to answer ALL our questions. Nollie Apartments is fortunate to have such an amazing employee. Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month. Thank you Celeste for everything!

I've been living at Nollie for the past ~8 months and my experience has been genuinely great. What truly makes this community exceptional is the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment I moved in, the whole team—from the leasing office to maintenance—has been responsive, professional, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly and ensure residents feel valued. Seriously, a huge shout-out to people like Celeste at the front desk—she's exceptional, always glad to help, and receives every resident with a smile. The amenities here are a major selling point and are truly top-tier. I especially appreciate having access to the pool area for relaxing on weekends and the spacious resident lounge, which is perfect for working, studying, or hosting friends. Plus, since it's a pet-friendly complex, the BBQ area and patio are also great spots where my dog and I can enjoy hanging out together. My overall experience living at Nollie has been absolutely amazing — I’d give it a solid 10 star. The apartment complex itself is super convenient. There’s a gym downstairs, a parking garage (I had one, super convenient), and Uber Eats deliveries can be dropped off at the front desk — everything just works smoothly. My unit has been perfect as well. Over the past year, 0 issues, I haven’t had a single issue — no direct sunlight (room temperature not hot in AZ), clean, quiet, and the air conditioning works great. Trash pickup is also handled for you, you just need to leave them at your door. If you enjoy a peaceful, clean, and hassle-free living environment, this is definitely the place to be. The staff also deserve a full 10 stars, especially Celeste. She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful (I honestly think she deserves a dedicated one-hour lunch break!). I have been lived in a Montevida for 1 year, it was not only just apartment but a home to me 🥰. Is a peaceful place, no chaos you can find. I loved the security it offers. My best part is how girls that work in the office are so friendly and welcoming. Any problem you can have they offer solutions. Maintenance is very Quick. I’ve been part of this community for a couple of months now, and I wanted to refresh my review. Being part of a community is one thing for being invited into the community is another that makes a huge difference. Living at Nollie, we’ve gotten to know Joseph much better and appreciate his friendly face. He has been kind and efficient with any fixes we’ve asked for. He even gives our dog pup treats. If he has time, he always stops to say hi and is so welcoming in his conversation. Kuddos to Robert. I often see him cleaning up the complex and having friendly conversations. The other day I was terrified to get a dead bug out of my car and he saved my day. He got the insect and all of its legs out. I felt that this was going above and beyond in the complex and shows how the people who are here, are great. The team of maintenance men here makes a huge difference. They go above and beyond taking care of us.

I've been moved out of Nollie for a few months now, but I wanted to come back and leave a positive review for the team. I had lived in a few apartment complexes in Tempe, and Nollie was the first place that felt like they tried to make it a community. Dillon, Joseph, and Celeste were so much of a pleasure to be around that I looked forward to speaking to any of them in the mornings when I got my coffee. On top of that, the apartments themselves are gorgeous! I'm very glad for my time at Nollie, and if I were still living in the area I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Through and through, an amazing team. Thanks for the memories guys!

Nollie has been the best apartment I’ve lived in. Everyone is so so so friendly and the staff actually takes care of things when you bring them up. I’ve moved five times in six years and this place really stands out. It’s clean modern and I haven’t seen a single bug which is rare in Tempe. For the price and location it’s honestly a great deal.

Nollie has been quite exeptional the entire time I've been here! There were some things they needed to work on, like the package system and some other things, but they are ON IT. Seriously, in the rare case something isn't right or something goes wrong in your apartment, they are on it immediately. Joseph, the maintenance guy, is an absolute homie and comes through ASAP. I literally couldn't ask for a better apartment complex and I feel bless to have found this place

Moving into Nollie has been the best decision! From the start, we toured with Celeste and she made everything a dream come true! Celeste was so patient and kind with us; she met with us a few times and helped us pick our perfect apartment. Since moving in; we have been so happy! our experience started with dillion two months ago when we first came to tour and not only was dillion super personable and friendly but super helpful with any sort of questions we had. Fast forward 2 months later we move in and throughout the whole process the entire team continued to help my roommate and i with another problem or question we had and ensured a smooth moving transition for us, completely opposite of what we were used to beforehand. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a peaceful modern brand new spot with great amenities and deals this is the spot. The units are beautiful but more than that the leasing office is awesome. Nollie is nice. I’ve been living here for almost 5 months now. The staff are friendly and responsive. The gym is clean, and if you go around 9–10 PM, there’s barely anyone around, so you can have the place to yourself. Unfortunately, I have to update my review. For months now, someone in the building has been smoking weed, and every night my room fills up with the smell. It’s not just a light whiff; it completely takes over the air, like the whole room is wrapped in smoke. I’ve woken up in bed late at night feeling uncomfortable. At first, I thought I just wasn’t getting enough sleep, but when I stood up, half my body was covered in fumes. I had to turn on the fan and open the window, but the smell still lingers. I really hope management steps in to fix this, because it’s turned what was once a great living experience into something really frustrating.

I recently traveled to Arizona to tour various apartments as I will be moving later in summer 2025. I had an appointment to tour NOLLIE and here’s my observations: The live/work spaces are great. Really the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. With that said, I think the rent amounts are expensive, there are fees for EVERYTHING and the property is located on a busy road, which is not something of interest for me. I can understand student living, proximity to transportation, etc., but for an older person who wants seclusion and peacefulness, this property doesn’t offer this as it’s not catered to older demographics. The dog park is cute but far too small and not really shaded. Property owners didn’t really factor in any exercise or movement inside for dogs and if there’s more than 3 people in the park, it’s too crammed. You feel short-handed. This place is more for younger people and students. For me, this was not a place to call home.
